This examination has been scientifically carried out by Graduate Gemologists using procedures of E.G.L., and may be repeated at any time. This report has been rendered at the request of the customer submitting the registered piece of jewellery and is for his / her exclusive use only. This report expresses only an opinion at the time of inspection of the piece of jewellery, any alterations made to the piece of jewellery thereafter will not reflect on the report. This report is not a guarantee, valuation or appraisal. The company does not give any warranty as to the accuracy of the contents of the report to be furnished by it to the customer or any other person nor shall the customer or any other person have any claim against the company or its employees or agents by virtue of any inaccuracies, negligence or errors contained therein. The customer or any other person shall not have any claim of any nature whatsoever against the company or its employees or agents arising out of any act/s or omission/s or negligence or inaccuracies by the company in the execution of its work whether in terms of this agreement or otherwise Clarity Grading is based on 10X magnification, as per the area visible and as per the mounting permits. The clarity grade is an average grade keeping in mind the grading of all the stones in the piece of jewellery. Color Grading is based using the face up method after comparing with the Diamond Master Set. The Color grade is an average keeping in mind the color grade of all the stones in the piece of jewellery. The color of the metal will affect the color of the diamond to a certain extent. Cut Grade is an average grade keeping in mind the cut of all the stones in the piece of jewellery. The Carat-Weight of the diamond in the piece of jewellery is as per the customer submitting the piece for grading and has not been verified by E.G.L.
